What we keep
The words of the call as text, your first name, your email, the line you wrote about your business, and the plan we made. Not the audio — it is never written to disk.
Why we're allowed to
You asked us for a plan, and we can't write one without the conversation. That's our legitimate interest in providing the thing you requested. Anything beyond that — a person getting in touch — happens only if you ask for it.
Who else sees it
OpenAI runs the guide and writes the plan, and does not train on business API data. Resend sends the email. Lovable and Supabase host it. That's the lot — no advertisers, no data brokers. Some are in the US, under the standard UK transfer terms. Nobody at Asistu reads your conversation unless you ask for Gavin or Dan's view at the end. If you do, they see your plan and a written summary of what you told Robin — not the recording, and not the word-for-word transcript.
How long
90 days, then deleted automatically. If you ask us to get in touch, we keep it while we're talking to you.
Never
Used to train an AI. Sold. Shared with anyone not listed above.
What you can ask for
A copy of everything we hold, a correction, or deletion — any time, no reason needed. Email privacy@asistu.ai and it's done the same day. If we let you down you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
